I heard that there are lotteries for your characters, but I can't find how to sign up for them. Anyone know what I may be doing wrong?

You have to go to http://my.lotro.com and add the lottery widget to your page using the More Widgets link at the top right. Then you should be able to join the lottos!

I believe that if you click on the 'My LOTRO' tab, that should take you back to your My Lotro Home.

From there, you can look at the upper-right corner & you should see a small thing that says 'More widgets'.
Click on that & you should see a widget for the Lottery. That should add it to your My Lotro Home.

That should make the widget visible at your home & you should see a chest full of gold and something that says, "Enter to Win the Lottery!" and "Click Here".

Just click where it says "Click Here" and you should be able to figure it out from there.

Thats the solution that i found searching the forums, but the add widgets button is not where it is supposed to be. Perhaps it is because I am on a work PC and it is somehow blocked?

It could be a browser issue. If on ie, try compatability mode. Or try a differnet browser.

I just checked the Lottery Feedback forum and found that there is a known issue with the More Widgets link not appearing. Here's the link to that post for more information on it:

Edit: Yes, it appears from the info that it's a browser issue that may be corrected by using compatibility mode.

Evidently, currently there are no lotteries running, I'm assuming, because I'm getting the same note when I log in.

There are not always lotteries available. There wasn't one earlier this morning but when I just checked there's one now.

When's the last time you logged into the game on those characters? I believe they can go inactive (for lottery purposes) if you haven't logged into them for awhile.

I keep winning lotteries on my low level alts. Never my 65 main. =(

I have 3 lvl 65's, I log on my 65's regularly, along with my lvl 30 mini I been lvling...I just cant figure out why none of my characters are eligible.
