LOTRO Store coupon one use only but doesn't say that

Hiya guys,

I wanted to get some quest packs and 2 trait slots unlocked but you can only buy the trait slots one at a time so I decided to get half the quest packs and one slot using the latest 25% off coupon. It doesn't say it's a one use only coupon so I then tried to purchase the rest of my quest packs and the second trait slot but it is now saying the coupon has been used the max amount of times. Now I read the coupon FAQ before making my first purchase and it clearly states that any terms and conditions or restrictions will be displayed where the coupon is found. This is not the case - see http://www.lotro.com/lotrostoresale/. No where on that page does it say these coupons are one shot only. The only restriction is the time period and the amount of point you need to spend to use the coupon. Please reactivate this coupon for me so I can continue my shopping.

I know this can be interpreted and Turbine will say that it is stated in that other post, but then again, you found your coupon on another post that doesn't state any restrictions.

Turbine please be more careful with those little things, it'll save you time and complaints.

Not the first time the mistake has been made - I think to avoid disappointment they really should turn it around and state that ALL coupons are single use unless otherwise stated.

Then if they forget to post it it's a non-issue. Nobody gets annoyed that they could use a code an extra time when they thought they couldn't.

The way they have it stated at the moment they're just asking for trouble, there will regularly be oversights like this.

We, however, did agree that this particular coupon shouldn't be single use. We have now changed the coupon to be used 5 times instead of single-use, and have noted as such in our messaging. Hope you guys enjoy the discounts!

Thank you for fixing this on this occasion, but is there a process to ensure this doesnt happen in the future? it seems to happen almost every time there is a coupon code. I've gotten to the point I just assume its 1/account because you don't tell us

Additionally: Is there a method by which we can purchase multiple accountwide-levels of stuff by getting ahold of turbine directly for these discounts?

For example Bag 4+bag 5+Icy Crevace+Attack at Dawn>1500TP, but you cant put bag 4 and 5 in your cart at once...
So you can only do 3 of them for >1000TP and a different discount tier.
