We need some feedback from you, developers.

Ok I'm not going to go into all the problems creeps have right now, it's all here on this forum. What we need is an answer, what is going to be done and when. Waiting until December's update is unacceptable, we need a hotfix ASAP, as the 75's are emerging moors play is getting more and more 1 sided, it's disgusting. So please, tell us something, even if it's "WAI-deal with it", so we can make a decision as to whether or not to continue playing in hopes of changes.

AW: We need some feedback from you, developers.

I have been riding the train of hope for 3.5 years only to find that creeps being weaker is WAI.

I wish you to get it faster

Just look around the main sub-forums... they're not answering anything.

Good luck... but as one person already stated... some of us Creeps have been waiting for fixes/improvements/balancing for several years. Sadly, most of the longtime Creeps left this game long ago (I'm thinking they were smart in doing so as nothing truly improves around here (for Creeps anyways)).

The changes make no sense on low population servers; the freeps will dominate.
Everything they do is in the opinion that there WILL be more creeps than freeps because you don't have to level up to L75.
We all know this does not hold true on all servers.
On Brandywine there are more creeps than freeps usually. The few months before the update however there were more freeps out than ever and we creeps had it rough.

That's true venobyte, Brandywine had several days of blue maps and grams camping.

And I'm 100% sure a dev won't answer this. I don't think they even read the PvMP forums.

You would be 100% wrong on this point.

I can guarantee you that these forums are read daily by the developers.

The thing is, that the developers have to be careful about when and what they say on these forums.

Often times, statements by developers on this forum have caused as much if not more trouble than lack of said statement.

I know they won't answer here, that's not the point. The point is there are serious bugs and many overlooked things that need to be fixed, and no feedback at all. Most of the fixes needed(icpr/icmr/unscaled pots/buffs)are simple things that just need some numbers changed. These should've been fixed before launch, or at least hotfixed a day or 2 later. But the worst thing is the lack of communication. Like I said even a "WAI, deal with it" or a "We know we're working on it" would be nice.

Doubt we will get a reply either, yet a hotfix is definatly needed rather then wait for Decembers free content update.

I would be satisfied with removing the ranger/troll session play from the moors. 1 Shotting a creep every 10 second without the ability to be CC'd, or Power drained seems a bit excessive and the ultimate grief class. I have seen Rangers brought out to target 1 specific creep, and ignore the rest.

Could you imagine the amount of posts, threads from Freeps if they rode out of GV to a battle, only to get 1 skill off before being hit for 12,000+ (1 shotted) then returning to the res. Only to ride back and have it happen again. I don't know ANY freep who plays who would find that acceptable.

As far as the Freeps skills, I think it will be a new challenge for us creep to relearn the Freeps, and freeps new challenge to get out of the massive ball they are so used to!

Keep Freeps/Creeps the same. Remove Session play. Hotfix before December! Not too much to ask?

The strange thing about the rangers, I hear about creeps getting one shotted or hit for 10k, I've even seen creeps just die from full from the ranger poppin outta stealth and shootin em. But every time one has hit me it's never been for more than 5-6k. Guess I'm lucky ;p *knocks on wood*

Yup, that's luck. But then again I too got lucky the other day.. traited for higher morale specifically to avoid being oneshotted by a ranger (but he could still get me with a second ability if Fly True crit).. only to have 4 consecutive Fly Trues (across a lengthy time span, mind) not crit. Still more crits than regular hits on me in total though.

Has anyone been devastated by Fly True yet? It's pretty hard to tell since attacks from stealth are not shown on combat log...

Which corruptions you using? I have health for power r1/r2, health for dmg r1/r2, crit protect r1, cry resist r1

    Corruptions might make a difference?

They dont have to say much.
All we ask for is that they acknowledge that there are serious problems and shortcomings for creeps atm, and that they will do something about it in favour of CREEPS.

Just knowing that they have gotten the message and will improve thigs for creeps will go a long way for the creep players.

The problem here, that Turbine clearly is not recognizing, if they even care, is that they are alienating a significant portion of the playerbase, even if they are in the minority.

And I suspect a significant portion of that playerbase will leave once some of the more popular MMOs currently under development with release either this year or early next year comes out.

DDO brings in more cash so the devs do what they can over here in their spare time.
If you all stop complaining and go buy more from the Turbine store maybe they will give us a little bit of that money back through dev attention.

Bust out some mustard for those pants, here comes a reply.

The damage output from Creeps has not scaled as well as we had hoped (when examining small scale battles) and this is being addressed in patch; along with some nagging bugs that popped up.

Do we read the forums: Yes
Do we have time to answer every post: No - work needs to be done for the patch!

I understand your angst, but keep in mind that there are hundreds of other people all posting with same urgency. Sometimes it is better to compile the data, do the work, and then later make a statement about what is being changed.

For those that feel nothing has been done to Creeps, I'm sorry you feel that way. I feel like the changes that went into RoI were not insignificant, but I also understand that this is only the beginning. Making adjustments to a system of this scope take time.

I hear and acknowledge your concerns. Work is being done to address them as quickly as possible.
