What level is that for?
Also, when are the levels in the lottery going to get updated to reflect in-game characters?

THough it seems nice, i regret already that our characters will not be eligible due to the fact that the data is lacking update since weeks.

I almost wished that the lottery would have been stopped for good until you do what you have to do.

I would though care less for the lottery, could you please update the data?

The lottery is for all levels 10-85 so any issues with character updates won't have an impact.

That said, I'll let the team know there are reports of characters not updating properly.

Are you certain thats what it says?

The item I'm looking at, says ' Legendary Trait slot'. Rather imagined that as the slot brought by f2p accounts, for their legendary traits ( similar to class or racial traits ) No mention of LI anywhere on the item or tooltip.

I was wondering the same thing myself. If it's slot for legendary trait, it's useless to me, as I'm VIP. But if it's Legendary Item Slot, I will be very happy with this.

I expected the probability for this cool lottery would be tiny---say 1% or less. I am a true alt-holic with 72 toons and none of them won on this lottery. I really wasn't expecting to win but as RAH would say: 'Of course the game is rigged. But if you don't bet you can't win. "
