Where is my 250 tp?

Lol, no doubt. I had no idea the servers were down either, but I sure had a blast yachting for the last five days. It beats the heck out of sitting in front of a computer slaying heavy ash branches any day (and I enjoy this game).

Gave ya a rep point. So many people lose sight of the fact that game=fun, not way of life. Even for the players paying monthly for ViP, it's only a rare 2 day downtime out of a payment plan that is $15 a month.

One thing I do have to say though, the forums were a lot more civil than the time the servers were down for about a day and a half in late 2007. Man, they were vicious.

"As a thank you for your understanding and patience during this downtime, all PREMIUM and VIP players who have logged into their account in the past 30 Days (as of 6:00AM Eastern time on 2/14/2013) will receive 250 Turbine points."

Premium gets the points also.

Correct. Also correct that any person who has purhcased point with cash or spent cash on the game is not considered F2P, but is considered premium.

Also, to be very, very clear about the comment quoted above I'll give the full text..

As a thank you for your understanding and patience during this downtime, all Premium and VIP players who have logged into their account in the past 30 Days (as of 6:00AM Eastern time on 2/14/2013) will receive 250 Turbine points. In addition, all VIP players who have logged in during the same period will have their accounts credited 1 day of VIP time for each day of downtime, plus 1 additional day. All points and additional time will be granted automatically as soon as our regular service is restored and stable.

We simply want to make sure that the grants, once given, work as expected. As you can see from the Known issues list, some things still are not working as we expect. So once we get things squared away, we'll let you know when to expect the time and points.
