Correct. Currently the forums aren't letting us assign titles or create groups with new titles. I hope, and have asked, that this be addressed in the revisions coming later this year. As far as I know, that is currently he plan. And I have all yor email addresses so I should be able to take care of that once we get the tech issue sorted.

Yep i set it up over the weened once I realized they were allowing sign ups and donations already.

The event is November 2. The way I see it, we did $18,474 (Which I have set for this year's goal) last year in about 2 months. We have 6 months this year.

After PAX I'll start putting together the actual plan and hope to hit 25K or more for this year. With that said, if you're coming to PAX and want to start something... maybe we should put a "donate" jar on the bar at the party and see how much we come away with for a 'head start'.

Ran into an odd thing with my codes. I tried to enter them in on the myaccount.turbine.com page, and after entering the code it told me that it was already activated on all my subs (I've got 4 subs on my account). Couldn't activate any of the codes for any of the subs. Tried it in IE and Firefox and got the same thing. And none of the subs are showing the steeds or titles in game. Anyone else run into this?

I did send an email to Sapience to let him know. Figuring I must have found an odd glitch.

Actually, one of my kinmates had that exact same problem with one of the codes - saying that the item was already added to his subscription - so at least you're not alone.

I have multiple subs on a single account. When I added the codes (all four of them), I was asked to which subscription I wanted to apply the code. I succesfully applied them all to my main sub and have verified receipt of the horses and titles in game.

So either multiple subs is not related to the issue or there would appear to be more specific issues at hand.

I ran into the 'already applied' issue on my 4-subscription account the first time I tried to apply the codes, but when I tried a second time a day later, the option to select an account for each code was available - and the account that already had one of the mounts awarded showed properly as already having that benefit applied. My _guess_ is that it is an intermittent error in the billing system - sometimes you get through fine, sometimes you don't.

Edit: Another point for speculation - the first attempt (that had the 'already applied' error) was mid-morning, the second (and successful) attempt was in the very early morning (~3AM EDT), so load on the billing system might play a factor.

They all worked just fine. Every code was able to be added to a sub with no problems. Really weird, but happy they all worked. Some sort of odd hiccup in the system I guess.

I thought as much, was adding my experience to show at least some of us with multiple subs on one account were able to get it to work. Glad to hear it did finally work. Wonder if it was just a timing issue?

Just saw the updates, but hadn't seen any mail yet. Was about to PM Sapience, but did another search on gmail and it turned up in the Bin. Odd, since I had not deleted it, and the Spam folder goes back a lot further than March 15th.

In any case, got my codes, so very happy. Thanks again, Rick (and Rick's Little Helpers) - and I'll be sure to donate again this year (and more this time).

Well trying to load the codes turned out to be a rather cumbersome procedure that failed several times so I finally gave up. I decided not to file a ticket about it because it really wasn’t the reason I donated to the hospital. Then last night presto-zingo the mounts and titles suddenly appeared! Don’t know why the delay but then I don’t care. Thanks Sapience for your effort in all of this and I hope you raise more this year.

I never got an email even after he claimed all emails had been sent, so I sent him a PM over two weeks ago and never got a reply to that either. I hate to be among the complainers, but after 5, or 6 months, I would prefer it if he didn't offer rewards at all. It seems unfair that some people got codes and were entered in a raffle for RoR and for turbine points, even a lifetime account, and so far I haven't even seen any evidence that I will get a code let alone that I was entered into those raffles.
