    Sign into your Turbine account page, copy and paste 1 code from the email into the product key box then hit "submit". Accept the agreement on the next page then you will return to the front page, copy/paste the next code rinse repeat.

    I also got mine. I am still interested in seeing the page of big winners though. It'd be cool to be able to wish them well in game (Assuming they are on the same server).

    We cannot use the forums titles due to yet another glitch in the forum software so those titles are on hold.We have been promised a fix this year, now, whether that is in our timezone or Middle Earths timezone is unknown but what we do know is that it won't be soon(tm).

    I'm not worried about forum titles, I'm still waiting to get anything at all. I'm amazed at how long this has taken.

    Most of the posts went back onto the original thread, it suddenly sprung back to life then died again when questions were asked.

    I think round about page 14 there is a private email address where you can contact the person responsible if you didn't get your codes.

    Thank you for the information but unfortunately I already followed his instructions and never got any replies lately. It's been two weeks since he tweeted that he was certain he would have every last code out, and that was maybe the third time he had promised "this week" in a row. I understand it's for charity but I've gotten paychecks with less effort than these promised codes, and I'm not convinced I was fairly included in the raffle if the guy still can't find my e-mail even after I resent it to him.

    A small update:

    Rick is still ignoring tweets, PMs, and emails, and closed the other thread without an apology. He has refused to answer the question "If we were never included on any of your code lists, how can we be sure that we were included in the raffle for the turbine points, soundtracks, and lifetime account?". This was the most important question I had, more important than the monthly "are you being serious when you say by Friday this time?". Pretty discouraging stuff. 6 years of LOTRO, 6 months of waiting on the community manager to do a simple task.

    Was I or was I not included in the raffle, and can you provide proof of this?

    First I've ignored nothing. Second I've replied to you in the past, via twitter, repeatedly.

    When the list was pulled every person was assigned a number. Those numbers were used in the raffle. If you didn't win one, I'm very sorry. If you follow me on twitter you'll see that I actually checked in at Legal Seafoods Harbor side during PAX East for the lunch I offered.
