Character Levels Not Updating

Hopefully someone remembers to feed the hamsters that power up the LOTRO live data pull before they go home for the weekend. Would be nice to have chars in the correct lotto's...purty please...I'll even donate the food.

Yeah, my warden on Crickhollow is showing up as 46 despite being 52 (probably 53 before anybody reads this.)

Brandywine and I'm showing toons nearly 10 levels out of date.

My lvl 77 champ is showing up in the lottery at lvl 69. And my new RK is a lvl 13, but he doesn't appear at all.

Sigh... just sigh. Why must we endure this every couple of weeks? Isn't it obvious there is a problem with this website and it needs to be fixed?

I don't really participate in lotteries anyway other than the 80-85 lottos but pretty funny nonetheless.

Hi, I am on server Dwarrowdelf. Nothing has updated since well before Christmas.

I have a level 20 (Miriele) that is not even showing up for the lotteries as of yet.
I have a level 44 (Calariel) that is level 44 (Almost level 45) and is still showing as level 36.
And finally I have a level 60 (Pereinor) that is level 60 and is still showing as level 56.

As well as my kinship information is not updated at all. Makes it tough if you try and use the page to craft for those in your kin since all the information is off.

Cheesy Pleasey can we get this fixed?

I see we have a whole bunch of special lotteries that have started up. If you are not going to fix the lack of update to character stats and logs on the website soon, please make all these special lotteries available to all levels, not just 10+. I have three additional characters that leveled up beyond 10 (one to 21) since Frostbluff but cannot participate.

Sorry Raymore, but it wouldn't help you out anyhow. With no live data pulls, my.lotro doesn't even know you have new chars, so they still wouldn't show up to be entered.

Ah, this thread explains a lot. This has been affecting some of my characters as well.

I'd say we're probably going to have to wait for a maintenance downage for this to get fixed.

I'd also say that a bit more time than usual has passed for the hamsters to notice their lack of running their treadmills, because of this bearded, 'ho ho!' yelling guy with his red and white suite and hat and his rendeerpulled sleigh dropping by.

Which brings me to my conclusion: when in doubt, blame Santa.

No update on all my characters on Landroval since 12/22/11.

Please fix, especially because of the lottery levels.

My toons on Brandywine stopped updating on 12/20, and Dwarrowdelf on 12/25. Most are still in the same lottery categories, and I have no new toons so I'm not too stressed. Besides, free stuff! I'll take whatever swag.

My guess is something got full and its all been spilling over since.

Wanted to notify that my character levels have stopped updating again, and one of them has moved into a different lottery tier (not incredibly significant, as it's a infrequently-used character), but still worth noting - characters are Saviole, Emylen, Kitenzel, Jecinda, and Casilune, all on Landroval Server.

I was having this issue for weeks with my characters on Crickhollow, but just today everything updated and is working fine. Although I have one character now entered in two different lotto tiers, heh.

I have a similar problem too...but my character isn't showing up on my.lotro at all! At first I thought that I need to wait a bit in order to end the ninja mode and the for page to update. BUT. She's level 40 now...

I levelled to 44 yesterday and completed some quests and that is all showing.

The lotro website has been in 'beta' for 4+ years now...it still even has the beta trademark in the name.
I cant understand how, in the 21st century, a company does not know how to do a website. Its mind-boggling its n this kind of shape.

If you search the forums, there are threads upon threads of issues here, Turbine never really ever says theres problems.

There are those who say, hey as long as the game works who cares. This is flawed, the websites are as important to the community as everything else. Think of new users popping in to see the buzz and the place where they get info is as a lousy a design as you could imagine. Bad first impressions.
Or worse, they say they dont have the $ to fix it. Wow, then maybe F2P isnt a good viable model for them....

Either way, beta for 4+ years is a sad state of affairs and Turbine does not care, they never acknowledge the issues. Dont feed me the line that its in their sites....4 years later is too late.

Ive been a supporter since the beta days, been here a long time but did not buy RoR, surely not buying into any more expansions either.
Of course theres the option of not letting the door hit me on the way out, my choice. But I just believe the community needs to be better taken care of from top to bottom.

I've had this problem before, but I don't think it affected the lottery. Not so this time around, it's still showing one of my champs as level 15 when in fact she's level 24 going on 25. I was hoping to enter her for the L20-9, so i'm stuck on waiting until tommorow to see if it updates.

I checked here since it keeps telling me half my toons aren't eligible for different things. Surprise surprise my minstrel who is level 66 is still with her old name Chanson which I paid good TP points to change to Finnagen and is listed at lvl 28. My warden Siobhon is also at lvl 20. My burg is closer listed at 59 vs 67 but would be nice to be able to see them so I can view without having to log each on. At least they are listed on the correct server...Dwarrowdelf LOL.

I would not expect this to be addressed. As we've already said this feature is being removed from the website and the next version is currently underdevelopment and testing (estimated to release the end of June), this would mean diverting resources better used elsewhere.
