New Forums.. new Titles!

Hi Sapience,

Could I check if 'The Well Met' title part of the Extra Life 2012 reward? i could not find it in the list of my available titles.

I contributed to the event last year and have received 'The Sociable' and 'The Wise' forum and in game title.
I do remember there's a exclusive forum title, but i am not sure if it is 'The Well Met'

Thank you, Sapience. I hope someday to get that Well-met title, but in the mean time I am happy with my Rohirrim Scout title. The new forums look awesome!

one potentially nasty issue with the new forums -- if you are typing a reoly to a thread and switch to a new tab to look something up,, when you retun to the original tab. -- the page rloads wiping anything you had typed!

this might be an artifact of IOS 5, as my system is down and i'm using my iPad (version 1).

Forums are working amazingly! Huge improvement!!!

I decided to actually look through the "General Settings" tab for the first time and I finally figured out how to change my Message Editor Interface so that I can do more stuff!

And I haven't been logged out yet!

An interesting discovery.. if you happen to logout while reading the forums and then log back in again, you are deposited on a "different" account home page.

That page has two options which do not overlap with the "standard" Forum settings -- 1- Subescription selectino and 2- Email sign-up for WB notices.

I lost over 8500 PMs if that makes you feel any better? Those are just since 2009 (I had the 9,732 from before). Friends also lost. Both of these systems were different in the old version so unfortunately some things were lost.

On a positive note, a lot of folks lots a lot of infractions, too. About 30% were lost.

I didn't see the option so I was worried I lost my awarded forum title.
Thankfully, I seem to have retained my Inn League Member title. Hooray!

Hmm, I had forgotten about the forum title Hero, have The Wise and The Sociable but not the 3rd. Kinks are still getting worked out I suppose. I was surprised to have the Rohan Beta title though. I was thrilled to be invited but hardly got to play; between vacation time, work schedules and then family health issues the only times I seemed to be able to log in was when Bullroarer was down. Really didn't think I qualified.

Is "the Hero" the Extra Life 2012 title? If so, I'm missing that one too. Granted on the old forum I never could find or see ANY titles of mine, so I just assumed titles were broken for me forever, even the Beta ones. Glad to see The Sociable and The Wise as options now!

Assuming Hero is the Extra Life 2012 title, I think you need to go through your list again and grant them. I'm the 3rd in this thread who contributed and don't have access to the title.

Are you sure you're supposed to have an alternate title? It might NOT display the link for people who don't have a selectable group.

I'd love to have my Riddle-master title back. I earned it on my burg from a GM in Bree, had no idea it would appear on my forum as well - was well happy when I saw it & the avatar .
But were they hand-coded? Sounds like they're a problem. Plus it's a Codies one, so I guess they chances of them having been transferred must be slim.

It is nice to see that some rare or unique titles were transfered as well: Fear the Beard, Inn League Member, The Hot Shot.
But with the removal of Lorebook the links in the titles became broken... shouldn't these links be removed or redirected now (if there is any new destination for the guide in question)?
