Still not able to get into game. Nimrodel Server. Won't load past the character screen.

I can get to the screen where I can select a character, but when I click a character name it never completes the connection process.

Glad to know its not just me... figured my warsteed was just lagging and poof lost connection.

Mine hangs in when loading in saying can't load in patch server and keeps on retrying 60 times.
It won't even get to the sign in page where we use the Silverlode server.

Possible trick that helps:

My boyfriend managed to login with an alt, log out, and log back in with the character that got dropped.

That fixed his not loading after entering Middle Earth problem.

Didn't work for me though, even though we got dropped from the same instance. And it says I'm online in kin chat when I try to login.

The LOTRO Store is down in game as well, can not add points or buy anything. I constantly just receive "System is not available. Please try again later."

Is this related to the current issues?

OK, it's happening to me now on Crick. Log-in server counts down to 20 of 20 and then I have to quit and start over or quit entirely. After 4 tries, I'm giving it up for the night.

As a matter of fact that WiFi is pretty good in both of them.

Total System Reset (World/Login/Chat Servers) should fix it...

It's the login server pool, so it should be all servers (the login servers aren't specific to a given world).

It doesn't seem like it should make sense, but when dealing with a pool of servers where one seems to be having an issue you can hit a 'good' one and the person next to you can hit a 'bad' one with predictable results.

We think we've resolved this. I would suggest you log completely out of the client (close it fully) and try logging in again.
