It's ALL the expansions (except Helm's Deep), not just the Quad Pack. Alternatively, you can also purchase old expansion from store.turbine.com if you prefer receiving an unlock code to give to friends and family.

Do you think there could be a way to use TP to buy the expansion for someone else? I have a lifetime so I get free points and would love to give some to my wife on her F2P account. And yes, I realize the answer is probably no.

The editions of Helms Deep you can buy from the LOTRO Market (which you buy with real money) includes some extras that are not included if you buy from the in-game store with TP.
Check the descriptions on the LOTRO market to see what extras are included with the Base or Premium edition.

You should, as long as the description of the expansion still lists them as features.

i woulod definetly buy the exp for me and my brother, and i am positive others will do to if the exp gets the balck friday or 50% off at some point. Otherwise 60 bucs for an expansion that i will be paying montly fee's to that to ... no ty!

if turbine wants to gain some money, turbine will have to offer some pack's ... black friday after all is not like a month or so, its few days, you will get some customers + subs etc... otherwise its a no go
