Community Top Tab Title: Character Transfers AND Copies?

The new forum top tab Community now lists 3 items. Forum List, Community Guidelines and "Character Transfers and Copies"

When you go to the new "Character Transfer and Copies" page, it only lists Transfers as an option. Will there be an option to COPY a character to a new server AND have it on your original server too?

ex: ToonA exists on ServerN. I want to COPY but not move my toon to another server. Can I use this feature to copy ToonA to ServerO. I will now have ToonA on both ServerN* and ServerO*.

* of course after the copy the 2 toons will diverge onto different paths depending on quests etc. So they won't be identical after the copy finishes.

Character copies refer to the process by which the test server, Bullroarer, is populated during beta testing.

Might be best to make 2 menu lines then one for Character Transfers and the other Test Server Character Copy.

fwiw: I would be interested in a COPY of my high level toons to another server if I could keep them on my home server too.

Unlikely. Not impossible, but unlikely.
