bull roarer installation

when i try to download the bull roarer client it says Error reading configuration file.
Make sure the following URL is not blocked in your system: ive checked and its not blocked please tell me how to fix it.

The client currently isn't available for download. When it is, we'll have a post in the Bullroarer forums with a link.

Update 13 Preview 2 just ended a few minutes ago. The server was most likely vacant as it had been announced it was coming down soon.

In case Johnara was asking in more general terms, anyone who still had the bullroarer installed on their computer from previous betas was able to update and get on the server so there have been a decent number of people online to test when the server is open. Its just that no one in the situation like you who need to install a fresh copy of the BR client have been able to do so.

There is no client download for this around of bullroarer testing. If you already had the bullroarer client downloaded and installed on your system all you have to do is launch it and it will update.

I saw some other threads on Bullroarer server topic and these people were posting photos from bullroarer and feedbacks.Does the bullroarer server client posted by turbine and i did not see the thread?If yes could someone please send me the link?

We hoped to have it available this week, and when that statement was made it was looking really good. Unfortunately, it didn't work out.

Trust me, we're as frustrated by this as you are. We are trying our best with the available resources to get you guys an installer. As soon as we have a reliable system, it will be made available to you as soon as we are able.

We honestly don't know. At this point, you probably shouldn't expect it in time for Update 13.

Currently, the only reliable download source for LOTRO is Steam. (Which is locked out of many countries.)

At the risk of rubbing salt in your wounds... I'm really confused, why has the Akamai downloader been working with DDO for more than a month now?

No, I am only speaking of the status for the Bullroarer installer. The Live installer is an entirely different animal.
