Patch Notes question?

Bullroarer 13.1 notes had some wording about 1 point of Tac Mit per every point of WIll and Fate. Has anyone noticed if that was actually put into production?

Yes IF u look hover ur mouse over ur will or fate stats you will see the same numer of stat applied to to tac mit

The reason that it was not in live notes is because it went in 13.00 the test notes for 13.1 had a leftover part.

Actually this change was already active in U13.

AS others have noted, it was live with Update 13. It was an error in the 13.1 Bullroarer patch notes because it was a duplicate from the previous update. That's why it was removed from the final notes for 13.1.
