6/9/14 Update Causing Crashes on Loading Screens

Todays update to the Launcher only seems to have caused a problem where anytime I take my character through a loading screen. My game crashes. I didn't have this problem before the update today. Everything worked just fine.

Secondly, Iv been playing for over 5 years and this is still the only forum I can post on. I dont understand this... I understand its a measure to prevent spam but why is it a senior player like myself is FORCED to post there problems, ideas or any other post here on this thread.

Log out and log back in. It should clear your permissions.

i have a problem, i cant get pass the c++2010 redis and downloading En screens from the launcher its been going for about after the patch now an hour already. please help

Same answer for both of you, drop a post int he support forums. I honestly don't have an answer for you.

There shouldn't be anything in the patch causing this as no game elements were changed.
