The Downloader shows world status closed. Is it a closed beta or just got a delay to open it?

This is strange. I know one person who is able to log into Bullroarer (he even sent me a screen shot from the Dead Marshes). I cannot get in, though, nor can anyone else I know. I suspect that everything at Turbine says it's on while most of us are still seeing "Closed".

I'm in right now, in Archet standing in front of the E&G. I have a dynamic layer icon up, but I'm the only one showing in the social panel at the moment.
I'm on the East Coast USA if that has anything to do with it. Also, my Bullroarer client has been on my PC for quite a long time, and I didn't have to use the new downloader to install it, just needed to get the updates.

Client Errors and Closed Server
I would have expected by this time they have posted something for the progress of whatever they are trying to fix. Although it was awfully strange to me that Raina said it WAS open but Sapience did not post the PRELIMINARY RELEASE NOTES for 14.2.. hmph-- I'll disregard it.

Additionally, where there's normally text talking about announcements and such, there's currently an empty void. Dunno if that's relevant at all, but yeah.
