Episodic content???

Without asking someone to spoil anything on the newly included Quest arcs: did someone already find a hint in U16 on Bullroarer what the 'episodic content' which was mentioned in the Producers Letter could mean?

Wasn't this meant to start in the Shire, with that chronicler person? If so, I'd suggest taking a look around Michel Delving, as there seemed to be new NPCs around there, although the episodic content may not be active yet.

Is Episodic content something that can be outleveled, has a timer like the Bounder's Bounty event and will get removed after a while, or can be missed in any other way? Asking because I enjoy doing all content, and I'm hoping I won't have to worry about missing something by accident
