    TP codes from stress test

    Hey, have the TP codes from last week's stress test been sent out yet? I didn't see them in any of my accounts' emails but if memory serves, they mentioned giving them this week?

    The first test-with-prizes didn't register me and others being there and participating, not holding my breath for this round.

    First round of testing I got a code for 100TP, entered it as instructed and it was accepted (at myaccount.turbine), still not seen it appear on my account in game to date. (Checked Account history - no 100TP game grant - Yes I entered the code into the right account, Yes I've checked my other 2 accounts just incase).
    Tried entering it again earlier this week, just incase I'd not clicked T&C or something stupid the first time, but now says code is invalid. (Must have gone through correctly the first time?).
    Sent an email to Turbine customer support, but still had no response.

    Last stress test I managed to get all 3 of my accounts logged in, but not had an email as yet for any of them.

    It's not going to stop me doing future tests, because they are fun and ultimately benefit the community in general, but we were promised that the mails would be sent out quicker this time.

    I have no recollection of any promises of speedy delivery but I didn't read everything about it.
    The experience from the first round of test-with-prizes did not make me follow the process of the second try very closely!

    Small suggestion that might seem obvious -
    Last test, they sent out all prizes before making sure everyone participating was actually in the raffle.
    Perhaps this time it was decided to first check who participated before deciding who won a lifetime account?
    If so, they might send TP codes for participation very soon and people can pop a ticket if they were overlooked.
    That way we and the people in charge will have a chance to know that everyone who should be in the raffle are in the raffle

    To answer the OP no the email codes have not gone out yet

    To answer the person who did not recieve their code for last test and or entered it and it did not apply to the account.... I would not bother with email tickets, I would call Turbine as soon as I could and explain the situation to a live person. They will most likely fix the issue faster than you reading this reply will take.

    To the person who did not get a code at all, again I would call customer support... chances are some got lost, when you send thousands of emails some fall through the cracks/ Complaining on the forums and not making a simple call or submitting a ticket gets no one anywhere. Take incentive if you want the code. As far as the speculation about the =raffle, man are you going off the deep end for 100tp.. do you go around verifying everyone elses lottery tickets or better yet if you go somewhere with a door prize do you check to make sure everyone got a tciket to enter?

    Contact Customer support, explain you made it into the stress test and that you have not recieved a code (told a kinnie to do this last week and guess what, CS awarded hom the 100tp while on the phone)

    We aim to have the prizes sent out in the next couple of days. Over 4000 people participated so it takes us a little time to gather all of that information and organize the prize emails, but we have people on it.

    Got mine, thanks. The address is still broken - you need to go to https://myaccount.turbine.com as it says in the text, not to the bogus link you get if you click on the live link in the email. (But, as usual, it's better if you type it in yourself rather than trusting me not to have put a live link in my message to a spoofed Turbine site. I didn't, but you should always be suspicious these days.)

    I enjoyed the test mostly on my main, but I had promised a pony to a storage alt, so that unloved, alt account storage mule that I would never buy riding for thanks you Turbine. No more walking from the house to the vault!

    Got mine, but when I go to myaccount I can't see my current sub/the box where I should enter it... I can only enter "normal" codes there (titles/steeds)...

    I got mine, but as so many times before, when I go to myaccount.turbine.com I do not see all the options, I do not see the subscription info and I do not see anywhere to enter that code...

    Furthermore the link in the e-mail is pointing to the wrong place: https://d12.parature.com/ics/km/myaccount.turbine.com

    Also, sending an e-mail with NO SUBJECT is hardly a good idea considering spam filters.

    Same problem as others here.
    I got the email, logged in https://myaccount.turbine.com/index.php but cannot see my subscriptions there and no link to add time cards.

    Yes, once again the My Account page is broken. When are they going to fix this? It isn't like they are unaware of the problem. Come on, guys. How do expect people to sub if there is nowhere to do it?

    Agreed. My wife almost deleted the email because she thought it was spam. Had it not been at the top of my list, and automatically displayed, I might have delete it too. I'm all for helping Turbine when I can, but this is just plain stupid. Kind of like releasing a new region when all the beta testers are telling you it's not ready yet.

    The myaccout page is broken as others have mentioned. Turbine come one guys.. it has been broken and being reported for well over a year.. it is getting to beyond joke status. Thanks for the tp that we now cant even acquire.. Please fix the issue
