So out of curiosity, has that break affected the customer support email system in any way and could that explain why some folks aren't receiving emails regarding their transfer failure tickets? The /bug auto-response system has been responding at least. (I realize there are different systems, but there may be single points of failure.)
Thanks for the insight -- it sounds like you are upgrading all of your internal systems (i.e. desktops) as well as the DataCenters!

i still cant transfer from snowborn to evernight my anothere charecher did but not 2 of them. still get the mail faild. and no no mail from turbine. was send the mail 4 day aggo.

In answer to Your Questions:
1) Yes My Kinsmen Moved AFTER I did, and they Logged-On LANDROVAL, but they were NOT "Auto-Added"
2) I Transferred My Entire Account at the Same Time, so When My Main (Manwin, Leader of the Kinship) transferred, and selected all my other Alts as well, only 2 on My Account were In the Kinship the Rest were Expelled.
**Note: I get on Late Nights to Early Morning to TRY and find Our Great Britain (and European Players), the Co-Leader does the Day Shift to Pick-up on Our USA Players. But, it's turning into a Game of "Hide 'n Seek"..We Submit Posts in the World Channel, that we are In-Game, and if any of Our Former Kinnies are also In-Game and wish to be Re-Invited, But that is Hit and Miss, which is highly frustrating.
Since the "Extended Invite" isn't working, it's making it really difficult to Find these Kinnies, and Re-Invite them that didn't get Auto-Added....
We are Slowly Losing The Kinship we Had on Vilya, and the Longer this takes to get resolved, the More Kinnies we stand to Lose....
We are finally Up to 3 Pages of Kinnies (including Alt's.), versus the 18 Pages of Kinnies we HAD in Vilya...Pretty Sad.
Many of them are getting Frustrated (can't say as I blame them), and they get tired of waiting so they Join another Landroval Kinship. All I can do is Hope they come back.
Is it necessary to resubmit tickets submitted while it wasn't working, if the ticket appears otherwise to have been successfully submitted? Going on a week and no reply (automatic or otherwise) to a transfer issue. Wondering if the ticket should be resubmitted, or if the wait time is longer atm.
I can't explain why your kinmates aren't being auto-added to your kinship, but I can explain why only 2 of your alts were in the kinship and the rest of your alts were expelled. The order of character transfer (when you do more than one character at a time) is random (or random enough, in any case). That's why kin leaders were instructed to always transfer the kin leader first, then the home owner, then the alts. Because if the alts transfer first (randomly) then they will land on the new server before the kin leader does, which means there won't be any kin for them to automatically be added to.
For example, let's say you have 5 characters (1 kin leader and 4 alts). 2 of your alts transferred, then your kinleader, then your other 2 alts. That's why 2 alts are in the kin (the two that transferred after the kinleader), and the rest of them are not (because they transferred before the kinleader).

My Main (Manwin-Leader of Kinship) Bought the House. Glad I got one right next door to the Kinhouse, still took 4 nights to transfer all the Items out of My Personal House, back to the Kin Chest (since BOTH Escrows were placed in My Personal House Chest), but got it done...
Yes, I sent out a Kin-Wide Message on the Active Members we had in Vilya with their Toon Names so My Members that are Back In the Kin, can keep an Eye Peeled...
I have also instructed My Members to Run Posts in World & Regional Channels looking for Kinnies that MAY be on and needing a Re-Invite.
I sent out Messages to Missing Members that I had saved on the Active Roster...The Holidays aren't Helping, and with Star Wars Playing has many doing that..
Some grew impatient and joined a different Kinship, some are Tied up with School (Mid-Term Grads), some are just involved with RL...some are going to try coordinating
So is this going to get fixed:
Social Panel-->Kinship Tab-->Add Button-->Extend Kinship Invite to:-->Enter Character Name--Click Invite-->You can not perform kinship operations on that Player

You may be temporarily - depends which server you transferred to. For example, if you transferred to Arkenstone by mistake, you're in luck, you can transfer again for free to the correct other server. There was a schedule of free transfers off of surviving servers posted in the announcement thread.
Since you transferred to Laurelin, an EU server, you must have transferred from another EU server and yes you will be able to transfer to a different EU server some time next year (2016). However, if you are hoping to transfer from Laurelin, an EU server, to a US server, it ain't gonna happen.

You'll likely have to be manually re-added to your kinship. I'd recommend creating a temporary char on the server your kin went to so you can keep in contact with them until you can move. What a bummer! Best of luck to you.
Turbine is great at taking 2 steps forward and 5 back, have been for years... People wont put up with it esp if they are paying money this day and age though...
Does the GM respond to tickets nowadays ? I got shared storage, vault, house stuff stuck on other server for 4 months and about 5 tickets were sent but with no answer what so ever. Seems like transfers are open between all remaining servers but from Laurelin or did I miss something ?
No need to resubmit. Your ticket got in, you just didn't get an email on it. CS will reach out when they get to your ticket. As they posted earlier in this thread, transfer tickets are taking a couple weeks to resolve in some cases, but we expect that to get faster as we have all closing worlds open now, so the amount of transfer tickets should be slowing down.
