Unfortunately, yesterday's (Wed, Sept. 21st) maintenance caused additional issues with my forum account which is currently preventing me from logging in as Cordovan. Until this issue is resolved, you may see other folks from the LOTRO team post on my behalf. We're working to correct this issue. Please note that we still have the ability to moderate the forums.
Since my account has had a private messaging issue in recent months, it's possible we're going to nuke the account from orbit and start over with a new account, but we'll let you know. While I currently don't have the blue name and am not appearing in the Dev Tracker, I now have an account that can do most of the stuff the old Cordovan account can. Hopefully we can get everything else sorted out in the next couple of business days.
