Hello! I'm writing to update everyone on a couple of things we are working on for a potential hotfix for Monday.

We've been investigating an issue where people are being temporarily locked out of their houses, and we were able to identify the cause of this issue overnight. This is being caused by a halo effect of our work to re-integrate the old token-based Character Transfer system. What's happening is that when someone tries to send their shared account items to another server, the system is locking access to everyone's homes for about ten minutes. We're working on a fix for this, but until this gets resolved, we've temporarily disabled World Character Transfers.

We'll have more detailed hotfix notes during the downtime window, but we're also looking to correct a couple of Premium Housing cosmetic issues, fix an issue with uncommon and rare flowers in North Ithilien, add missing dyes to Dwarf, Hobbit, and Elf barter vendors, correct an issue where non-Kinship members with permission to access housing storage are unable to purchase additional storage space for the Kins they are not a member of, and correct an issue where VIP players are getting an erroneous housing upkeep UI.

Heads up: we are now targeting Tuesday for the hotfix so we can get a few more fixes in. We will have notes on Tuesday.
