Chat channels and log in issues for crickhollow

All chat channels are down again.friend cannot log back in.
anyone know what is going on.?

was just on crickhollow about half an hour ago and chat was going down on and off, still cant do anything, i logged off it got stuck at log off screen waiting for my toon to log out. then i tried to shut it down, even shut down my computer and tried to restart the game, got stuck at cleaning up old connection. now cant get back in. it will not load. it wont do anything but say the same thing. this has happened since last night. i don't know what is going on but it really needs fixed we are loosing a day of our subscriptions we cant play during the marks weekend.... i mean most of the game features wont work, i cant teleport on my hunter either. my bar fills up but i go no where. when is this going to be fixed?

It's the weekend now, just have to be patient. They stated they were aware and checking out why Chat Server was going down.

understand they are working to fix it, but that does not mean that anyone of us does not have the right to be mad about it. your right it is the weekend some people's only time to play. and when you cant even get into the game or do anything while in game it is frustrating. the 25% marks are going on and I couldn't get into any instance skirmish or epic battle even if someone else was fellowship leader. I am just hoping they get it fixed real soon.

Same thing happening on Landroval. Also, friends list vanishing. Unable to talk in kin if you do get in game.

Chat channels off and on has been going on for at least a week. Last night issues started with crashing, and being unable to log in, or if you do get in, nothing working.

Yep, just have to be patient. Everyone is being affected, some more than others. It is the weekend now and late on Friday, they'll get a fix asap.
