    Lost Ability to Edit Posts

I seem to have lost the ability to edit posts.

I have used this ability by updating information in the first post of a thread for a group project as to where we are and what we are doing.

I can no longer edit that post to tell people where we are and what we are doing.

I have tried multiple browsers and multiple machines.

Is this true just of me, or are there others with the same issue?

Happened to me this morning. Editing took more than 5 minutes and upon clicking 'send' I got a message that editing was restricted to 5 minutes after the initial posting.

I understand that it's possible to ask the administrator to be allowed to post an edit after those 5 minutes.

Sorry, this is my fault. I was messing around in vBulletin and flipped the wrong switch on a thing. Will fix shortly.

I should clarify that the reason I was messing around with the settings is I have set the limit to the number of videos allowed in a post from 1 to 3 (as detected by vBulletin), and significantly increased the amount of time people have to edit thread titles and add polls if they wish.

I'm also working on getting Legendary server forums ready.

Hey, while you're in there, would it be possible to change the forums css for a dynamic width? Reading the forums on a small mobile device s brutal.

Wait, doesn't COC state that it's against the rules to make polls?

I wish, but no. That'll take a much larger web site and forums update.

I assume you mean the Community Rules, not Code of Conduct, but no, it doesn't. That's actually a good point, we've allowed polls for quite some time over on the DDO side without issue, and I am happy to add it to LOTRO. The main thing is the DDO side understands the value (and lack of value) for polls, so assuming the LOTRO community would understand that it doesn't at all actually indicate definitive support or not for a thing, I'm down for having them here.

Apologies for mistakes and thanks for clearing it up and response.
