Lootbox keys for creepside...

I already posted this in the MP forum and no response from the SSG team.

Basically creeps still receive Lootbox drops of the new type with no access to black steel keys in the store. If they were allowed to buy the old steel keys, they should be allowed to purchase the new keys for lootboxes correct?? Otherwise please disable the Lootbox drop rate on creepside and allow us to access the same vendor for buffs/Lootbox items that is in the works for the freeps. LBs were always an accessible source for sigils and attack buffs to help out developing players compete.

Another month has passed and still a refusal to respond to this issue. There has been nothing on BR, despite several posts in the BR forum since U23. Maybe your bosses would love to know that you have prevented a portion of your player base from spending money on their game.

For lootbox keys to be of interest to creep players, they would first have to have stuff in them that is actually of interest to creep players..... as creep players have no armor, and can't wear cosmetics or ride mounts.... what is there in loot boxes that could be worth paying actual money for?

It's likely that a loot table for creeps doesn't even exist in the new loot boxes.... I guess they could enable a vendor in creep side town that allows spending of motes of enchantment for buff tomes or something or perhaps not drop motes of enchantment, but drop Infamy points instead.... but then the whole pay-2-win thing really comes into play.

I'm not well versed enough with creep side to really make an objective opinion, so I would need to ask:

What is there in loot boxes that would be interesting to creep side, or more importantly: What SHOULD be in them for creep side?

They contained things like: 10% Tomes of Defense, 5% Attack Buffs, 10% run speed buffs, various stacks of pots or commendations, and probably most importantly Sigils of Battle that allowed lower ranked creeps to buy skills or unique cosmetics. Having lootboxes on creepside when SSKs still dropped were helpful because even if you no longer needed the Sigils, someone in your tribe or friends list probably did. It’s also just really annoying to get 10+ lootboxes drop per day, or have 5 sitting in your bags with absolutely no use when the other side can use them.

Has there been ANY resolution yet, on this Problem? I too, have lootboxes on Creepside, with N0 way to open them. I was told (in chat), that I had to "Exchange" them, but I do not know How or Where to do that. If this problem has been fixed in any Update, and I missed it, ...could you please Post it here?

Yes, we are aware of the Embers issue, and will work on a fix for it.
