The 50% off most expansions in the Market is sweet. But the in-game store points w/ double points + Task item carry-all looks amazing. Now I'm just trying to figure out what point pack to get for my ideal task item carry-all.

I'm not in-game right now as I am at work, but is there a list somewhere of everything that is on sale?
And are the craft item carry-all items available in store yet? I logged on to Anor first, but I want one on Arkenstone
Moved from Riddermark to Arkenstone on 9/29/2015!

Cord is doing his DDO stream right now, so I'm sure we'll get an official full list a bit later today. But so far the website market has pre-latest expansions on sale. The in game store doesn't currently show any carry-alls available for direct purchase. If you buy points via the in-game store it comes with 2x bonus points and a task item carry-all. The lower 3 point bundles are a small task carry-all, the upper 3 point bundles are medium task carry-all. I haven't noticed anything else (but I'm VIP so there could be stuff I can't see) and they might still be adding stuff in since I noticed the sales early.
I am not aware of any announcement of the sale but I haven't checked the launcher since I am alt/tabbed out while crafting.
Any sale is good - this one isn't great by historical standards. They have in the past given more than 50% off some packs and expansions and I recall the days when they gave triple bonus points not double for the big sale of the year.
That isn't a complaint - I didn't expect a better sale nor do I think one would necessarily be to SSG's advantage.
I don’t see the Black Friday sale announced anywhere. What are you talking about? Or do you know it’s going to be 50% off in the market?
I wish we could have that 85% or 75% off like they had once on the expansions during Black Friday
after seeing this thread, checked out the market and the expansions are on sale. nice.

Thank you for posting that information in this thread. Much appreciated.
Thanks for the sale! I just have one question: if I buy Helm's Deep Base Edition on the LOTRO Market, will I get the 1000 LOTRO Points? I hear that it was included in the Helm's Deep expansion if you buy it from the Market, but I don't see it written on the description... Thanks
I believe in the past a sale didn't affect the number of LP you get. But I'm not a blue name and they may well have made changes.
This change was made in September.

Okay thanks for letting me know. I was really hoping I could get the points though
If you buy two point bundles do you get two task carry all bags?
Also The Curator finally back into game
Task carry all is a nice addition to the bundles. I hope they do one with the crafting carry all in the near future as I generally just vendor the task items.
I was so hoping u23/24 would come into the normal quest pck range. Guess wont continue into MM this year.
They were 85% off for 2017, but that was when Helm's Deep was more expensive and included the 1000 points. This is a better deal than in previous years. Also the quad pack is discounted, which has not been the case before. Mordor was 50% off before in 2018, but the quad pack was never 75% off, just Mines of Moria.
So, objectively, this year's deal is better than any previous year. Your point is moot. $10 is the lowest Helm's Deep has ever been and the 50% Mordor was the same from last year.
Nice!
I squeed all the way to checkout with Helm's Deep and Mordor! After 6+ years, I'm finally about to advance into Helm's Deep....
The amount of points I'd need to buy to get a medium carry-all is pretty steep, but I personally found the small one quite useful. Hmm.
I think the price drop for Helm's Deep was totally the right thing. I could never figure out why it stayed so expensive. Let folks who want 1000 points buy 1000 points.

The deal this year on expansions is excellent, and will allow friends new to the game to get fully committed. Very nice. Might also treat my kid to some of the expansions - stick a code in his stocking
They really ought to publicise this more widely though - this would be very attractive to new players, especially being able to get Mordor and a 105 Valar for only £14.99...
Also, bought £5 of points and got a smal carry-all. Nice bonus, and 10 slots is more than enough for most uses. Only pain is I can't mail it, I have to use housing storage to swap characters.
BTW gratz Echo, I had no idea you were new to HD, I assumed you were a veteran...

I'm not seeing the specials in the market for points. What am I missing?
