i got a refund on all the LP i had spent on both items around 20 minutes ago.
but i have no idea whether the issue is sorted.
hopefully SSG will put a message out when this is sorted, i want that carry all bag thing.

On arkenstone, been 24 hours with no refund. GMs closed first ticket without saying anything. Second ticket has been open for 10 hours now with no response. Bought two 50slot craft bags. Points gone.

I'm still waiting for the Beorn+character slot I bought yesterday morning Euro time to show up. Store history shows purchase but no dice with respect to unlocking this class at the moment and no response to ticket ID 110393 in 24 hours either
Fortunately for me I'm brand new to the game so I can happily amuse myself trying out all the other new characters. However it will somewhat put me off making future store purchases if this is not an aberration.

First ticket got closed, ticket on ssg support got ignored and now you ask me for another ticket to refund me the LP? Here ---> 5231455
Support tickets raised via help.standingstonegames.com don't seem to work. However I found that pressing ESC in game brought up the Help option which allowed me to produce a support ticket that got pretty speedy attention from a GM.
My LOTRO points were duly refunded and I was also able to unlock the Beorning class successfully the second time around.
Hope this helps anyone that is still stuck.
