    im glad you got something ive had f all but an email saying maybe 24hrs standard ticket tick first time ive had an issue and if this is how they look after us then im not impressed

    After every order from store your get email. This is your safe code. No one stealing your money, just some ppl have delay. And i mean SOME. I got my order in a second. No reason to make threads with such drama title. False too. Just wait them to fix it. I`m sure it wont take long.

    To the fanbois who try some self-moderation here:

    This is not for you to critizise, or to whine for Cordovan to shut down the thread.

    Buying stuff from a firm and not getting the product, and having to go public in their forum so that something is done about it is seriously bad business strategy.

    I want LOTRO to thrive and, ideally, to still be here ten years from now.

    And to make that possible, SSG must stop pushing players away by unprofessional stuff like this.

    If Cordovan had shut the thread down instead polite answers from Red Panda and resolving the issue, I - who play LOTRO for nearly ten years now and have invested south of 2000€ into the game since then - would have been lost as a player, and my wife (same there) too, and it would have been down the slippery slope.

    Instead of that, the devs reacted wisely, and are hopefully removing the incompetents behind the scene that created this income reduction for them at X-mas ffs.

    If you play this game for ten years now and invested a lot of money in the store, than you should know better that SSG is OFF COURSE not trying to steal money from you.

    This whole topic is unnecessary. If SSG/Turbine's shop would work this way and you got no refund or anything like this the game would be offline years ago.

    LOL. I forked out about 10 days ago for a 12month game card to renew my VIP sub. and still have not received a Redeem Code to use this. My account has now been reduced to premium, and I dread to think what has happened with rent for premium houses. I wrote to "Support" but have not so far had a response. Perhaps that was the wrong route. I agree that the Store is not functioning very well (to put it politely)

    File a ticket through the Support button on the launcher, that is the best way. They are usually very quick to resolve store issues, so make sure you put it in the right category.
    (For some reason I can't log in to the help system in Chrome. Never bothered to find out why, I just use Firefox)

    I bought 2 items from the store and still haven't received them, but the points were removed. the purchase is listed in the history. @SSG this is totally unacceptable, extremly unprofessional and verges on criminality. the ticket i have issued hasn't gotten any attention so far.

    either refund the points or deliver the items. you are hurting your business model in a way that is unspeakable right now.

    Sorry RedPanda but you guys suck at customer service. The ticket I had opened up 3 days ago (!) due to shop issues and bought items not being delivered were just closed today (!) without helping me, stating that I _should_ have the items by now ...

    Seriously? This is how you do business?

    Have you guys ever heard of databases and search strings and logfiles?
    The (very bad) gamemaster should be friggin able to TELL wether I have received the purchased items or not ... and not just "trust" that in time all will be fixed by itself in this case .. ### is this?

    I am now waiting for 4 DAYS for the items to be delivered and meanwhile you tellin people to send in tickets. Why? If you just close them without actually helping the case?

    Seriously SSG ... I am lost for words at this point ...

    The criticism is direly needed. SSG needs to get their act together on this. In the interest of our game and their income.
