When I saw this was so excited, also when it appears to work fine also very excited, then it disappeared :-(

Race Change is a system that we have been exploring and is very much in its infancy. It was activated on Bullroarer by accident and was deactivated as soon as the error was discovered.

If this system does prove to be a viable option to players we will make announcements as to timeline, but until such announcement we won't have further details on it.
