How do you attract Mûmaks to your yard?

Easy, put up a sign that says, "Keep Off the Grass". They won't be able to resist.

Hmmm. First, I would move to a place with a Mediterranean, sub-tropical, or tropical climate and heavy rainfall. Next, I would acquire a very (very, very) large yard including at least one shallow lake. In the short term, I would plant sugarcane and various fast growing plants to provide a large and healthful diet for the animals. To make my yard attractive in the long term, I would plant many acacia trees and large fruit trees. That would probably do the trick.

You would best lure the Mumak with Shire vegetables.

Simple. Offer them 500 Lotro Points for free. Oh, wait, that's how you'd attract ~me~ to your yard.

If Oliphaunt's are as big as Samwise indicated, leaving the back gate open is not going to be sufficient.
