    UPDATE: The game worlds have reopened.

    The LOTRO game worlds will be unavailable on Monday, February 1st from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Eastern (-5 GMT) to release Update 28.3.1. The release notes can be found on LOTRO.com.
