    Same old, same old.... "If you don't do what we want we're gonna stop spending money on this game! This is a threat, do what I say or no money"

    What you may not realize that even just BEING in the game without paying anything, supports SSG. If there are people everywhere to group with, it will encourage OTHER players to keep paying anyways.... so SSG really, really does not mind you do not renew your VIP but stick around anyways, because there will always be someone else who sees there are people to play with and WILL renew their VIP.

    Really, if you want to play the "How can I hurt SSG" game, is to not only cancel VIP, but just no longer show up at all. But, that might just be too big of an ask...... for a graphic change in the game.

    Gathering enough data to adjust priorities? Having "friends" who have a particular style unaffected on account of the difference between peripheral and focused vision? Some indication of lower pops and time spent in game? Drop in this weeks store sales? Many staff off sick due to nausea? Fear of the next Massively Article?

    It's good news but have to wonder at their source control if it isn't a simple process as everything has already been written, and mostly worked. I still think just a toggle as an end aim doesn't help anyone who doesn't believe/realise they are effected in any way. At least they could take the time for further investigation.

    Thank you. I'm sad that the spring festival rewards I want use the tokens from the new spring instances. Which I can't play without making myself ill because of the changes, but is a limited time event, so I guess since I'm not sure I dare play at all until it's fixed, sounds more and more like I'll miss out. Regular festival stuff seemed okay (though I hadn't tried the shrew stomping with the changes so I don't know if that's affected too), but it's the other rewards that interest me.

    Oh well. (Sorry if my wording is poor and confusing. It's been a #### few days (apart from being unable to play one of my escapes) and I can loose my ability to language well.)

    They haven't said a word/done a single meaningful thing about the fact that their servers are in the state that they are despite outcry from the community for years at this point. They don't care about their customers and haven't for a very long time.

    Be grateful they replied at all on this issue; they generally don't or just give you a "I've not got a clue what we're doing or what you want!".

    Not a fan. As an LM seeing what skills are firing, or didn't fire. Pet toggles, unvisibleness. Took me a while to notice because I wasn't running an instance. (Festival and all that) But once a friend told me about the Bee instance I just had to try out... Felt extra out of practice, because the normal tells were not there visibly. Shame no LMs were able to foretell this. (well cappy too, cause herald toggles that someone showed in the forums. TY for that!)

    Good luck for fixing it or rewinding it, or getting it a tobble.
    Anywho back to festiva!

    Maybe stop whining on Forums, and just get use to the change literally... I did , and i might be one of the ones who actually love the change, though I've been upset with classes since HD but i got use to it and enjoy it alot more, cool nostalgia gets in the way of stuff, but whining like a 4 year old does nothing.

    On my champ Blade Wall (before this change) was an immediate skill, now you have to wait for the fuse to circle the skill before it fires off, AND, if you try to cut the animation by using a different skill, Blade Wall will cancel. Not Good, nope, not good at all.

    Not true. I was one of the LMs who mentioned in the BR Feedback thread that the new animations weren't an improvement (and I pointed out air-lore in particular coz I had been doing the new 3 mans and it drove me nuts how invisible the toggle was). And I even shared a short vid of my LM skills with the new animation.

    It's not our fault we get ignored and our posts are buried by petty people's arguments with each other.

    Blade wall has never been an immediate skill, its just a fast melee skill. That said, what you're experiencing would seem to be a bug. I don't get what you're getting when I use immediate skills (clobber or BF) to cut animations. Blade Wall is firing for me as soon as I use it too, while the skill animation is taking place.
    Sometimes, no matter how hard you look, there is no best light.

    New UI animations released in Update 29 for active abilities in the quickslot bar have been reverted for now. In the future, we intend to make a toggle available for players to select between the older UI animations and our newer UI animations.

    I read the first page, skimmed a couple more. I haven't seen anyone *completely* in favor of the new thing. Just a few "I'll tolerate it" posts.

    Just save the trouble of working up a toggle and poo'can the new thing. Most definitely, make sure the default is the old version.

    Are they listening?

    Clealy young people developed and continue to make changes without regard to eyesight and other human imperfections. I, myself, have complained everywhere I can think of regarding the tiny print of the Deeds Log and other things that are not adjustable for font size. I mean, YELLOW PRINT ON A BUFF BACKGROUND? Jeez.

    I still love Lotro but I wish they would address.
