We are currently experiencing an issue that prevents game accounts from creating first-time-visitor forum accounts, which prevents these accounts from properly registering for the forums. We are working on a fix, and we will announce when forum registration is once again available. After that happens, you should be able to create a forum account after signing into lotro.com/forums.

This issue has now been fixed, and people should now be able to create forum accounts or log in for the first time in a long time.
