I'll assume you missed my post immediately above yours where I explained that you can get the missing 24. Yesterday on the Cord of the Rings stream. Cordovan said only a handful of players were affected by this. I being one of them. He told us to raise a ticket (which I did) and the tomes were sent to me within the hour.
