Can I exceed the PCs per sever if I transfer?

Simple question... I am almost max on my PC slots (14/18) on both Anor and the server I am transferring to. Will I be able to exceed the limit or should I ditch a few alts?

You can transfer all of your toons, but you will only be able to play 18 (If that's how many slots you have). You will have to decide which ones will not be accessible to play.

At least, that's how it worked when I was in that situation a couple of years ago!

Explain, how did it/you decide? Is it the first say 18 PCs by sorting or how did that work?

How did that work?

I remember when I lost my VIP and couldn't access my characters. It was so long ago that I barely remember what happened. Mostly because I planned ahead and didn't need to worry about it. But I do remember being pleasantly surprised about something... and I think it was because it let me choose which ones I wanted to remain active at the time. I think it was as simple as clicking the names at the character selection screen. I don't even remember if there was a confirmation afterwards. But afterwards, there is like an inactive shadow that hovers over the ones you didn't click. And from that moment on they stay that way until you gain VIP or buy character slots. I forget all the details.

You will be asked which characters you would like to remain "active". Any inactive characters will remain locked out until you purchase additional character slots.

You can have 65 character slots per server maximum. Why you just don't buy character slots with LP? They have discount few times every year
