Dude, seriously, some of the calls I take.... Jesus, it scares me that some of these people are responsible for stuff they put in space! I can't name the company I work for, but they make chemicals. They handle explosive/combustible chemicals, carcinogens, and God knows what else. But I swear, this is God's honest truth, some of the people I talk to HAVE NEVER ever used the shift key on their keyboard...in their life.

The ones who use a capital letter use the Caps Lock key, then type the letter, and then turn Caps Lock back off.

Recently, we changed our password policy to require special symbols like the #, $, %, &, etc. Forget about it. It's sad that I have to explain to some people how to use the Shift key. And then I have to explain why there's 2 of them, and what the difference is ("One of them is on the left, the other is on the right....that it!")

Yeah, a lot of people would be surprised how many scientists have a problem with computers. I always end up being the computer guy at my lab.
