I thought your question was rhetorical. Anyway I try not to answer questions where I can't contribute anything meaningful.

I don't think the reclaim command works for the Founder horses, because the item that you get for the founder horse in your inventory is a barter item, not the horse itself. Barter items are not reclaimable. That's why we decided to reaward the founder horse to everyone eligible.

Spent some time getting all my reps to kin ... going to grab a couple of extra horses when this system goes live! It will be nice to leave the housing area without dismounting first.

Yes you finally freed up the pack slots but now you want to use up toolbar slots? Hmmm. Shifting problems to new areas is not a solution.
If we can't access it through the pack or the toolbars, what other ways are there to get them? Those are the only two readily available UI methods, as far as I know.

It's a new panel that's a tab in the skills panel. You can assign a shortcut key to bring up this panel directly.

Any hope on the horizon with this update that I might get stables at my deluxe house where I can see all my horses?

Any chance of getting a choice of draft horses instead of the light ones we have? Maybe even get to choose color/pattern too??

The most important part of the diary:

    "Mustering & Summoning While Mounted

Tired of telling your fellowship to dismount before mustering them? Never fear, they can now accept your request without dismounting."

    Good news for captains.

I have a couple of questions:

    1) Will we be able to ride into housing areas on our horses? I saw mention of going threw doors, but didn't notice any mention of housing instances.

    2) Can you add the same kind of panel for hunter ports? That would help us greatly! Please?

    Thanks!

Is it a little sad that I already have a list of 40 sindarin names to choose from for my characters' horses? I'm more excited about the horse changes than mirkwood itself lol.

Hmm, I thought I'd done a /reclaim to get the barter scroll back in the past. I [sit] corrected.

I dont want to sound bad, but can you give us a date as to "when turbine is reawarding the founder horse?"

The only reason I ask is because when the horse first came out I thought I wasn't eligible (and I didn't get the horse in my bag). About 8ish months later I was talking to a friend and found out I WAS eligible. Contacting a GM and getting my horse 8 months later, but still, getting it.

Since then, I have deleted it (because with limited space). I'm just afraid something like that will happen again to me.

So, can you please give us a date or at least an estimate (such as mid dec, etc.)

lol, tis ok. In all honesty, it was partially rhetorical, and partially a suggestion for future development

Nikito: think it was posted as December 1st it was going live...

You should get it when you first log in to Siege of Mirkwood after it comes out. The announced date for that is December 1st.

I'm not sure why you didn't get it the first time, and I'm not sure what the GM did to make it so that you did receive it. It's imaginable that you won't get it right away when everyone else will get it, but I feel certain that if you open a ticket at that point, a GM will help you.

It's also quite possible that the fix that the GM did will make it so you will receive the horse automatically with the other eligible people. I just don't know.

I'm at home now so can't be 100% sure, but I'm about 95% sure that the answer is yes you'll be able to ride in and out of housing areas.

I too do not like the idea of talking to someone from horseback...NPC's aren't running up to us either, we are approaching them and asking their tale.
