No changes in my.lotro info on my characters since 9/8

Just adding my report that characters and levels haven't been updating since 2/15/2011. We are using "LOTRoster" to pull the data.

Stopped at Valentine's day too. It seems we found the timeframe....let's hope it's useful to who will have to fix this.

Now even my sig is not updating..... I'm level 36 now.

Mine stopped on the 14th on all accounts, as well. I've decided we need to send them some beaver spray to stop the dams from cropping up.

Still no updates to Character Logs, Skirmish Leaderboards or PvMP Leaderboards since at least the 16th. Let me guess, this will get re-fixed, then Update 2 will hit a week later and break it again. Add me to the litany of names calling for a return to the old forums. Why provide these cool tools if you aren't going to maintain them and ensure your site works?

My characters have not updated since late last year, so it would be nice if this could be fixed somehow.

Sent a support request telling them to post here so that pwople will see they're on this.... however thay say they are investigating it.

Oh... and I just noticed my character is updated to yesterday.

Same, got problems with char updates since 12-1-2011
It seems none of the chars i've created and levelled since then have been updated. (Their stats/lvl are not updated and new chars don't appear in my character sheet list...)
Got a char level 34 now that appears to be 27., another at lvl 24 that appears to be 11, and a new lvl 14 char that don't appear in the list... All my high level chars appear correctly in the list, but they're older than the other ones, of course.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Mine periodically goes on and off. Went out for a fortnight in January, came back, did it all over again and right now it hasn't been updating since the 14th. Maybe the 14th is cursed.

So yeah, I look at the lottery today and all my current characters lvls have upgraded to their current numbers, but I still have characters on the list that no longer exist.

Just adding myself to the list cause my character page has not been updated since 2/09/11. it is extremely annoying because my char has been 40 for awhile now but still showing me at 35 on the char sheet which is causing me to miss the lotteries more at my level. Please fix this Turbine or at least tell us you are aware of the issue.

I posted earlier in this thread that my characters had not updated, but it now appears that they have. All of mine are current as of the last time I logged off (which was last night). We'll see how long they stay updated this time.

My activity log on two accounts has caught up but the character level of one of my free characters is still 11 levels behind even though its activity log is current. One of my other accounts finally has its characters showing up without their activity log, but the 4th account doesn't have anything showing yet (though accounts 3 & 4 are no big deal). Still, it's nice to see things flowing again; stupid beavers and their dams.

Weird. My burglar's got updated all of a sudden (though the quests I completed yesterday aren't showing up,) but my main's still stuck on the 14th, even though I logged in to both of them yesterday.

Edit: Burglar's got fully updated in the meantime (and I am glad about that,) but poor Ardrandir's still stuck in the past.

I'm still getting regular updates by the day. Last entries are to the 27th and it seems it's working good here.

Probably it depends on servers/character as they are fixing it.

One thing that solved for me was send a ticket to them, there is the possibility they have to go through profiles to fix it.

Just checked my character, still showing data from Feb 14. I don't depend on this for anything, so I'm going to leave it alone and see how long it takes to get fixed by LOTRO on their own as opposed to putting in a ticket and pushing the issue.

Still no updates since 2-13 they seem to withdraw money on time for the VIP service though that part has no delay

Same problem. Characters are not up to date and some like my new ones that are up to level 20 are not even showing up.

Hi, I think this might be the most relevant thread to post in, though it's ever so slightly off topic. While others aren't seeing their characters update on the community page, I'm not seeing one specific character of mine at all. I am able to view the details, skirmish stats, activity etc of all of my characters except for Elliestris. She's the only one that, no matter what I press, I get the "Error: An error occured while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience." message.

same with me unfortunately. It shows chars that dont exist on any servers anymore and had been deleted. I cant select a character as main so that I can start blogging. When i login i get the same above error on the mylotro page.

My account is on FLUX ... perhaps Turbine is too busy doing many other "important" things and thus contributing to this horrendous LAG killing all of us lately on weekdays and many more over the weekend?
