    Where can i see what expansions i have?

    I remember buying an expansion a few years ago, dont remember which, the account info on the turbine site is absolutely pathetic, is there a way to get some actual account info?

    when you open your client to play, click "account" & log into your account page.

    all your information should be there.

    Like i said, my account page does not show any info about expansions.
    I was able to find the email confirming an expansion i bought for DDO, but the expansion does not show in my account info.
    The expansion i bought for Lotro was older and i cant find the email anymore.
    I would have liked to know what i have and dont have so i can decide what to buy from their offers now, but honestly, an mmo company that is not able to maintain an informative site is not worth supporting, guess i'll pass.

    It only shows the expansions for me when I'm VIP. When I'm premium it doesn't show anything. Also I was VIP the other day and ROR didn't show up anywhere on there for me either. Good luck figuring it out.

    hummm ...

    when I look at my data, it has everything except for the Rohan expansion .. & that disapeared a few days ago.

    If you're looking for specific information regarding your account and myAccount isn't showing it, you can always call the account management team or submit a ticket to them. Either way, you can find that information at http://support.turbine.com under the "Support Center" tab.

    As an earlier posted mentioned, at the myaccount screen if you're VIP it lists. If you're not VIP, try logging in, going to the store, and looking for expansions. Any expansions currently available that you haven't purchased will be available for sale. If you've purchased everything, you will get a message that there's nothing in that section of the store for you to buy.
