Does anyone have suggestions (freeps and creeps) for some better moors etiquette?

It just seems to me that when ever freeps/creeps see someone from the opposite side that they just jump into combat. Many a 1v1 has been spoilt by some wanderers jumping in to attack. Some places like OPs, keeps, rezzes, ect. are obviously open combat zones, but others are not, some areas are designated 1v1 arenas; but is there a better way to play in the moors other than attacking everyone in sight?

What I am getting at is, would it be possible to not kill a lone player out questing on sight, (especially if you are in a group) why not first make your presence known, and challenge them to a fair fight instead of zerging them.

Just a thought. Add your own, I'm curious what other players think.

Then, you'll have your answer.

Hint: people have been posting this nonsense since the server opened (or pretty much shortly after), i wouldn't waste your time if the above is what you're looking for. You'll most likely just be disappointed.

When I come across a member of the opposing faction in the moors, I curtsy first. Then cordon off the immediate area making sure to chase off any would-be plebeian gold taggers. Then provided the UN resolutions are in order and binding, it is war sir, WAR! The weapons of choice are handbags at 12 paces. I etiquette the &&&& out of this game.

Im certainly no authority on pvp etiquette, but I would suggest playing the way you want to. What enables you to enjoy your time in this game? Is it zergging? Maybe your thing is grouping. Maybe you like to roam solo and pve your rank. Whatever it is, don't let other's comments and styles influence the way YOU have fun. Hey, if someone starts picking up your tab for your sub, then by all means conform. Otherwise, do you thing.

I once asked a wise burg how he could kill kinnies and tribemates indiscriminately. He chuckled and simply replied, "Tbow, I kill everything I see, no hesitation. That way everyone knows where I stand. If its red, its dead. And that way no one will get butthurt cause I all of a sudden killed them."

This was pretty much the type of response I expected, thanks anyway. To Tbow, thanks for the advice, I mostly play the way I see fit, as I'm sure you all do. Good luck, keep the handbags loaded.

The way I see it is, YOU pay your sub, YOU play the way you want.

The way I play is that I kill everything I see, regardless of the side unless it's an obvious 1v1 or a 1v1 circle. I will even zerg my own mother and grandmother if they are in my way. Even my own kinnies know I will kill them if I see them regardless of the situation.

Life is easier this way, nothing personal. :P
