That and all the software junk that comes with them. I just had a tech that I know buy a bunch of parts and put my system together for me. All I had to tell him was that I wanted to play Skyrim with the best graphic mods and he went to work.

Skyrim is damn pretty maxed out in all its mod glory.

I just built a 1.5k pc so I think that I can help you out. At the moment the AMD cards are going down in price, so a r9 280 would not be a bad buy. If you are overclocking, get a bigger power supply. For ram I went with the 1866 dual 4x2gb hyperx fury, they have gone up in price a little since I bought mine though. I am getting by so far with a 120gb Samsung 840 EVO ssd and I still have over 40gb of storage left and an insane windows 7 boot time (overclocked) or you can get a WD green 1-2tb. Get a core i5 processor if you can i got the 4670k. Make sure that your motherboard can support an LGA 1150 chipset. My build is this with a msi gtx 760 tf instead of the r9 and my motherboard is a msi z87-gd65 gaming, and i am able to play on very high just about anywhere in the game with little to no lag from the computer itself; although I have to take it down to high for solo pvmp and medium for raiding. If you need any more help with your choices just go to http://www.youtube.com/user/LinusTechTips for guidance and knowledge.

I hope this helps you with your build and have fun gaming.
