I think this is a pretty solid build for solo'ing. As for a rotation: get tactics and BoE buff up with battle shout, then use ToN, stun, DB, CA, GW, Inspire, SL, DB. You have an insane critical magnitude with ToN and Battle Hardened.

For blue, same till BoE, then Inspire, VS, DB and hope it crits. Just keep HoT's going. WoC on whoever is in trouble, of course. Personally, I find Galant Display really awkward to use. Try to time DB's with RC's to have as many defeat responses as possible. IHW can be handy in blue.
