Keep it, Seems like a good system that fits. I'm assuming that if the guild rep item was removed from the recipes, The cool down would go away. So I like to suggest to 'swap out' another item that's guild crafted but without a cool down as like the current guild rep item. This would allow the guild rep crafter's to at least make the gear available for people to use. Not just top level but this would work with all levels.

    Just give it a thought.
1.) Most of the guild recipes for teal items and gear have at least a 1-day CD.
2.) If Turbine has the option to offer a time reduction for CD's on recipes and guild items (symbols, patterns, etc.), you can bet your behind they're going to figure out a way to make some money off of it. Much like buying XP and Rep boosters in the store, it's a convenience. You can either buck up a little cash, or you can wait a week to make another guild symbol.

You're absolutely correct. But should a class who's main role is healing (morale regen...whatever) be able to walk through most landscape content without a mob even making it within melee range?

Maybe the problem isn't with the class. Maybe it's the fact that most landscape enemies are absurdly easy, so almost all classes are OP at the moment?

All ranged classes can do that, dont really see your point. Even wardens or beornings can easily do so, but dont see the point in that.

But my statement still stands correct both of those classes actual dps is meh compared to other real dps classes, survivability is different story entirely.

Minstrels can only self heal in that mode. They can't heal the party and dps like crazy. It's a ridiculous claim.

And I'm still firmly in the camp that believes morale stacking essences should be limited.

Likes to heal and thinks she is good at it. Unfortunately, can't heal stupid or bad builds...

    This makes me laugh...

    28K against Lumathil...

Perhaps.. perfecty geared and perfect classes, with luck on bleeds, this is possible. RK Heals, RK DPS and Guard Tank.

But for the VAST Majority of groups this is not possible, a little bad luck on tiered bleeds, melee dps stunned at a bad time, or less well geared players, Mini or cappy heals, cappy or champ tank, and you will fail.

Back to the topic: if you didn't see it in the BR forum yes we get a new tier. Central Gondor nodes will become Anorian, we can craft essence armour and jewellery. There is no new guild tier by now.

Log into BR and bug it
There should be new instruments since RK will get a lvl 100 rifler with a massive boost of the stats like 1k moral.

I think many people will agree if I say that the way top-tier crafting is handled now is not what we, players, want to see in the end.

Due to some reasons I'm not going to waste time discussing now, be that developers lacking resources, or time, or carried away with amazing new Essence and Imbuement systems, or whatever! - appropriate Tier 10 for 100 lvl needs wasn't introduced together with the first 100-lvl expansion. We just got lvl 100 LI receips stuffed into current Tier 9 and EORLINGAS skarn all over GONDOR. Wow.

But, look, now devs introducing to us Tier 10 with Anorien skarn, more appropriate for Gondor lands. They're also replacing T9 mats in Eastern Rohan with T10. A smart move! People really got tired of harvesting Walnut and Eorlingas Skarn and will be happy to see some fresh mats as much in the latest available zone as in the previous to it, given that there're lots of peeps who aren't done with questing Eastern Rohan yet.

If devs all of a sudden replaced ALL of the Gondorian resources with T10, this would've made a headache crafting lvl 100 LIs, as people would need to go back to Western Rohan to gather some mats or even Emerald Shards (there're still people out there who dig for those with their bare hands). So, devs give us 2 lvl 100 zones with T9 for our current LI-crafting needs and 2 lvl 100 zones with T10 for mastering the new tier need.

The next smart move team should do in the next update or the update after is to introduce new crafting guild reputation tier, move current lvl 100 LIs receipes to Tier 10, and switch all Gondorian resource spawns to Tier 10. Community will be ready for it, having crafting guilds reputation items crafted and stacked in bank in advance. To smoothen the transition even better, a coupon for isnert_number_here Reputation Acceleration Tomes can be issued prior to the update.

This is a move I expact from Turbine and this is what I believe most of us expect from the crafting system in future updates.
