We hope to get this out sooner rather than later, but it's no where near ready yet.

if I were to publish the letter I'd do it either shortly before or shortly after Anvil of Winterstith hits live

I too, approve of knowing before an Anvil hits.

That aside, I hope that the opening of the legacy servers brought in an increase in total players and subscribers. I'm hoping that once the population of the servers stabilize, that we'll see an increase in players, new and old, overall, so that SSG will be looking at a brighter future for LOTRO (and DDO). (New players? Yeah, that's why I keep mentioning effective advertising... need new blood!)

Still nothing? Any chance when we can find any info about direction where game goes in 2019? We already have Anvil, we already have uberpowered beornings and may be get uberpowered ministrels next, but how about whole game? We need wait until 12th Anniversary?

The longer they wait with letter, the less needs saying as more time passes and 2019 gets shorter and shorter

Delay speaks for reluctance to commit to a set plan, perhaps and very likely due to limited resources. I find this worrying.

If among recent layoffs was the dev tasked with designing new festival rewards, that would speak for current vagueness surrounding 2019 event schedule, none of the festival dates have even been decided.
