Entered code for one month extension of subscription - it was accepted.
Entered code for the expansion itself so I could get whatever items are available now - and play the new race now - and code was rejected as invalid. Tried 7 times same result (cut and paste I wasn't mistyping it).
Should I start worrying about my "investment" or are you just a bit slow in updating the store filters for the brand new codes?

Like an idiot I went to the wrong screen and clicked to buy the ultimate bundle but it was the *Mordor* ultimate bundle which I already had <blush<. User blunder not a problem with the store.
I filed a ticket and they confirmed the problem but said they couldn't help - I needed to go to account/store help.
Off to try and find this apparently separate customer support group. In the past /ticket has worked for store issues but I didn't buy the expansion through the in-game store, of course.
By edit - submitted a request through the on-line customer service - the one that handles account issues for LOTRO and DDO both. Hopefully they will respond quickly.

I hate to bump a thread highlighting my own carelessness but just for the sake of completeness I note that SSG reversed the incorrect order quite promptly. After which I got the MM expansion as I thought I was doing originally. Thank you for the good customer service.
