Hello,

I am missing more than half of the anniversary gifts (which I should receive as 15 Years VIP)

at least for this specific box i had to relog before it appeared in my inventory, i had no issues with the other stuff though.

I noticed that I got pretty much everything from the Collector's Editions including the kite, cosmetic outfits, stout-axe racial, boar mount, and light auras. I did not check to see if I got additional character slots. I did get the Starlight Cloak... one of them at least. I didn't check my mithril coins, but I got all of the other things like slayer boosts and virtue boosts.

Same here. At least on my chars all items were available as intended.

If you need to, try logging out and back in again when the worlds have reopened. It could be that the first login applies the thing to your account, and it delivers on the next login.

As a f2p account testing the delivery I got the pet, mount and riding trait along with the all the non-VIP rewards listed.

Once the relevant gifts were opened got the 50, 95 and 120 Valar too. Char to low level to test access gains but did the usually log off log in routine to activate.

The anniversary login gifts make a Market sub before log in rather moot without these problems.

Certainly this should be the case in terms of things that don't currently go to every new character. A Valar for example.

If I bought the Mordor ultimate edition or collectors edition it makes no sense for this wonderful giveaway to provide less than to people than never spent a penny on them.

Sure the content is useless to me but I had it all these years and don't mind others getting it for free. Bonus items are another story.

Just as an FYI: I can confirm both me & my husband received everything we were supposed to after logging and before they took down the servers. It took a bit to get all gifts.. I saw them slowly populate in inventory in one of our accounts.

I just logged in and am missing multiple of the gifts. I had logged in yesterday to get some if that makes the difference. I have already tried the log in and out to see if they would show. I did not get any of the valars (yesterday i got some). I did get the collectors boxes for mordor/minas morgul. I am also missing the carry alls - should have the anniversary boxes and the small crafting from mordor collectors set. Will these auto populate over time?

Logged out and in 3 times. No corgi, no carry-all. Haven't checked the rest.

Accounts database left in same state and not rolled back?

Yesterdays abortive attempt to get all the expected goodies seemed like prior content purchase limited what people got and those trying for the second time who got it all yesterday fall into this prior content purchase rabbit hole now that the account database has them in the same boat.

From the list, I'm missing (I might miss some boost and MC who either went too fast or where stacked with previous ones) :
-Gift of the valar (lvl 104)
-Gift of the valar (lvl 120)

Apparently as VIP, I'm also missing a large carry all (I had small + medium)

Relogging, or using /reclaim didn't do anything.

Do note I claimed all that stuff yesterday before the server went down. According to chat, I'm not the only missing some valar gifts.

I don't remember seeing the Starlight steed, but I have it unlocked.

Tried doing /handstand and /clickheals three times and /say "There no due care like SSG due care" and you'll be good to go. NOT

Copied deliverables are being removed due to tech that's got them flagged as already delivered due to the accounts database records updated yesterday and not rolled back.

Count me with the group that's also missing gift items. The horse, the cloaks, the auras, and collector's edition stuff all showed up, but so far everything else looks like it's missing. Case in point, the corgi wasn't in a tome in my bags or an entry in my skills tab like the horse was.
