OK, I'm just coming back from a 10 year hiatus, running around Moria, level 105 and still figuring out the LI system. The question I have is that I keep getting all these tracery drops that max out out 95, so I am unable to slot them and now they are just taking up space. What can I do with these?

Grab yourself Flame of Ancalamir - https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Ite...Ancalam%C3%ADr. This will break it down into Ancient Script. Any of the seasonal barterers will have it available (under "shop" not "barter"). They are at every major hub, including the Boar Fountain in Bree.
