Tales of Swan Fleet Final

I have hit 56 of the 60 quests needed to complete the deed, and I have crisscrossed Swan Fleet a few times over a couple days but I cannot for the life of me, find the last 4. I'm assuming they're landscape quests? Are there any really, really out of the way landscape or regular quests that are easy to miss?

Not that I know of. There are a bunch of quest chains where one quest will open up about ten more. But it looks like you might have already seen most of those. I have 68 completed quests, that includes the 6 rare spawns and the one for the skirmish.
