Thanks Celestrata but, with regret, no thanks...

Whilst I greatly appreciate the courtesy of a blue response to my thread "Crash, Crash, Crash, Quit - Turbine are Doing...What?", I do not appreciate the locking of the thread as if it were a closed issue. Someone may have had something to say that would have helped, which they now cannot do.
I also do not appreciate you advising me to do something which I have already indicated I do regularly (check driver updates) although I understand you may not have had time to read the whole (admittedly short) thread.
I further do not appreciate being pointed toward the Support Portal, which is unwieldy and will attempt to tell me I must do all the things I have been doing in an attempt to fix the issue. I know this because I have used it repeatedly in the search for an answer. I will not submit a ticket because there is a rather slow response time and it will either point me back toward the Support Portal or try and tell me my system is at fault some other way. I have never had anything but courteous responses in-game, even when GMs are unable to help me, but out-of-game is another matter...

Once again, I DO appreciate the fact of a response, thank you. I just wish it contained some actual information, so everybody who uses this forum could see there is something being done about the memory leak that it has been acknowledged is one of the major causes. In all seriousness, the lack of meaningful communication is what eats away at gamer tolerance (and in MMOs its never as great as we'd like anyway!)

I so greatly enjoy the Middle Earth scenery and gameplay, I so badly want the problems sorted to the extent that I can enjoy gaming there again. I have great sympathy for those staff members at Turbine who are giving their all to make this expansion succeed, so please lock this thread too, since I don't want it to degenerate into a "tear Turbine to bits" thread - I just wanted to be able to respond.

If you had wished to write something to me, I wished you would have sent it to me via PM. I try to always answer my PMs as much as possible, and I'm very easily approachable. It's my job here to help and offer as much advice as possible.

We will discuss this in PMs.

I try to answer all of my PMs, but I get a lot! Sometimes I may not get back to you, but I have read your mail!
