How to continue Bingo Boffin's "A Cold Trail" in Forlaw?

I'm at the barberess in Forlaw for Bingo Boffin's "A Cold Trail". She has a quest ring. I interact with her, and click _Continue_, but the ring does not change over her head, and the quest does not appear to advance. Is there more I need to do?

Yes that barber has been bugged since the beginning. Even though there's no continue quest activation, the questline actually continues.
She gives a hint in her dialogue. (Kadar-Golnauk)
after talking to her go to next step.

Talk to Bingo Boffin in Scylfig [33.5S, 60.0W]
Talk to and defeat the Sneering Uruk at Kadar-golnauk [33.2S, 61.1W]

Yes that barber has been bugged since the beginning. Even though there's no continue quest activation, the questline actually continues.

It's not especially clear, but that's actually not a bug at all - you don't need any of the clues in order to find the location you're looking for, and if you happened to go to the destination right at the beginning you'd be able to complete the quest. In fact, visiting the Barber isn't required at all, since none of the clues advance the physical quest. Because you might not remember the clues, the quest ring remains so you could go back and see the text again. If it looks like a bug... it usually is, but this time it's on purpose.
