Have the dead members of Portal or Avorthalier received their original titles at all yet? Several kin members in Fashion Police have had no luck from GMs thus far...this is a disappointing issue.

thats cool, post the ticket? curious to see what was put. Cordovan removed and/or banned the account that posted the tickets that were posted earlier where the GMs said there was nothing they could do

Unfortunately it seems like you have to post your tickets very penetrantly, the key on Gwaihir was a GM that posted something in worldchat, so we could contact him directly.
It seems like receiving the title afterwards heavily depends on who is answering your ticket. Good luck!
